NEXEN ASAHI AIR BRAKE BSB-10

BSB Series Brakes are mounted on the shaft with taper bushing with key, the friction facing is replaceable without removing from machine.

The disc with hub that has cooling fins dissipates generated heat.

The half-split facing is replaced by removing setscrews with a driver through the holes on the disc with hub.

Adjustment of air pressure assures smooth stopping.

Due to an excellent cooling effect and great thermal capacity, it is durable for such

severe operation conditions as high cycling, heavy load, continuous slip, and etc.

You can run in “ slipping”.

3. Wide Range of Torque Controls

Torque is controlled in wide range by air pressure.

4. Long Life of Friction Facing and Easily Replaceable

Long life as the friction facing is thick and the friction facing is replaceable without

removing from machine.
